Retained following Full Glass Wine's acquisition of Splash Wines to lead AI and
automation initiatives across Wine Access, Winc, Splash Wines, Wine Insiders,
and Scout & Cellar.

- Built the enterprise data foundation that enabled AI at scale. Re-architected
  the data platform around Snowflake with governed models, RBAC, and a trusted
  system of record across five brands — the backbone for every major AI and
  automation initiative.
- Recovered an additional $196K annually by bringing carrier claims in-house.
  Secured executive buy-in to replace an outsourced vendor and built an
  AI-powered claims platform that raised submission rates from 60% to 99% while
  recovering $432K in the first year.
- Created a single source of truth for product data. Established the company's
  first canonical product model and a centralized publishing workflow across
  five storefronts, cutting setup from 10–20 minutes to seconds and eliminating
  manual duplication.
- Automated oversight of more than $18M in annual freight spend. Built a
  Snowflake pipeline and reconciliation models validating 684,727 shipments
  against contract rates, surfacing $250K+ in billing errors, with an AI-powered
  interface for natural-language exploration of invoices and exceptions.

Splash Wines — Remote
Chief Information Officer · April 2023 – July 2025

- Modernized the company's technology and data platform for real-time analytics
  across commerce, finance, fulfillment, and marketing.
- Led post-acquisition integrations; migrated VineOh.com from WineDirect to
  Shopify in under three months with zero downtime or data loss.
- Directed a NetSuite ERP implementation with offshore teams to deployment
  readiness.
- Partnered with executive leadership to translate strategy into technology
  roadmaps and prioritized investments.

Wine Awesomeness — New York, NY
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer · July 2012 – November 2022

- Co-founded and scaled a DTC wine company; led technology, product, and
  engineering from inception through acquisition, reaching $4M in revenue and
  negotiating the sale to Splash Wines.
- Built the customer data and marketing platform, scaling to 18M emails/month
